Brycen Kiker
"My mission as a Youth Pastor is not only to guide youth to the tools that God has given them, but to sharpen those tools and help lead others to the glory of God. My prayer is that God will guide my steps each and every day and most of all that he will give me the knowledge and courage to help the youth around this community. I believe I speak for the entire group when I say that I hope Arrows will be like a family and not a classroom. Although people will learn to grow in their faith I hope that I can use Gods gifts to make it fun, enjoyable, loving, and a place of peace for all of the youth that comes through those doors. God Bless!"

"My heart for Arrows Youth group began while I was still a High school student, and has grown since! I have been serving as a Leader for Arrows since fall of 2018, and have now stepped into a pastoral position, alongside Brycen.
My heart is to see our Youth grow in their relationships with the Lord. I pray that we are able to equip the students with the knowledge they need, to grow into the adults God has called them to be. God has guided me to pursue an education in Youth Ministry which I am currently in school for. I pray that I am able to lead the younger generations towards Christ by setting a Christ-Like example."
